Usually, when I take my son for walks, I head into the direction of the sun so that on our way back, we relax and unwind on the way home, with the sun on our backs, no longer squinting from its brightness.

Recently, I’ve made the change to do just the opposite. It’s amazing how different the scenery is when you make simple changes; you see things in a new light.

Or in my case, you see new shadows.

It’s been so neat seeing all these new shadows, it’s inspired me to do a shadow series! I can’t wait to show you guys.
